With nearly 30 years of experience working alongside Dr Bird at the Westbourne Park Clinic, Sam is one of our most trusted and knowledgeable team members.

Her calm presence, clinical skill, and compassion make her an invaluable support in every situation—from routine consults to complex surgical cases. Clients and pets alike feel at ease in her care, and her quiet confidence is a cornerstone of our practice.

Outside of work, Sam’s breeds and shows her German Shepherd dogs.  Her hands-on experience with breeding and raising litters for the past 30 years adds an extra layer of practical knowledge to her nursing care, especially when supporting our clients through their own puppy journeys.

Reliable, dedicated, and incredibly caring, Sam is a steady and reassuring presence on our team—and we’re lucky to have her.
