Janice – Veterinary Nurse

Janice is a familiar and trusted face at our Fullarton clinic, where she has been providing exceptional care for over 20 years. She brings a calm, steady presence to the team and is known for her gentle handling of patients and her compassionate approach with clients. Her wealth of hands-on experience is matched by a deep understanding of what pets—and their people—need, especially during stressful or emotional moments.

Over the years, Janice has supported many clients through the heartbreak of saying goodbye to beloved pets. Thankfully, many find room in their hearts to welcome new furry companions when the time feels right. Some are even surprised to rediscover just how challenging (but incredibly fun!) the puppy months can be.

Whether she’s nursing a recovering patient, reassuring a nervous pet owner, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Janice is a dependable and compassionate member of the Fullarton team. Her dedication and quiet professionalism make her an invaluable part of the clinic.

Outside of work, Janice lives nearby in Fullarton with her partner, youngest adult child, Barney the Labrador X, and Norman, the naughty cat. She’s considering adding a Jack Russell or Border Terrier to the mix soon! Janice is also a published author—her first children’s picture book, Top Dog School, was recently released, with three more titles set to be published in the next year or two.
