Signs your pet should see a Veterinarian
Knowing when to take your pet to the vet can be challenging — after all, they can’t tell us when something’s wrong. As a general rule, if your pet’s behaviour changes, they seem unwell, or something just doesn’t feel right, it’s always best to seek veterinary advice. Early intervention can make a big difference in treating illness, preventing complications, and ensuring your pet stays happy and healthy. Lameness or abnormal movement
Displays of mild to moderate pain (such as crying when a specific area is touched or action is taken).
Behavior changes; Neurologic signs
Seizures/Convulsions, Head tilts, Loss of balance. Abnormal behaviors: staring in space, getting stuck in corners, etc.,
Lethargy or loss of energy / weakness
Poor Appetite, Inability to walk, Weakness in the legs/limbs. Excessive salivation; Excessive thirst, Vomiting, Wheezing or frequent panting.
